Anyway, you all remember seviper from "Tarons New Home" right? Well he finnaly got stopped. He was captured, and they decided to punish him a bit for kidnapping so many pokemon...
And just to let you know, that hand is programed with many different tickling techniques, and considering that seviper is laughing so much because of a feather...Well, I don't think he'll last much longer...too bad he doesn't really have the option to quit!
